Columbus Children's Theatre presents James and the Giant Peach – May 4-14

Columbus Children's Theatre will bring a Roald Dahl classic to life in their upcoming production of Timothy Allen McDonald, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul's full-length, musical adaptation of James and the Giant Peach.

The show will run on select dates between May 4 and May 14, with performances on Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.; and Sundays at 3 p.m. There will also be two Friday morning performances – on May 5 and 12 – at 10 a.m.

The show is appropriate for children six years of age or older, according to CCT. This will be the last show of their 2016-2017 season.

Join the fun on "Grand Sundae"

For an extra special treat, join CCT for "Grand Sundae", a celebration of "grandparents and grandkids who love theatre" taking place in conjunction with the 3 p.m. matinee on Sunday, May 7.

Free ice cream will be available in the lobby after the show, and there will be a variety of pre- and post-performance activities in which families can take park.

More information on Grand Sundae is available online.
