The Glen Civic Association will host a community hayride on Saturday, October 21, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. You can download the flyer for the event here.
We are in need of volunteers for this event. Please let us know if you are available to help in any of these areas:
- Initial setup (1:15 p.m.)
- Handing out cookies
- Pouring and handing out cider
- Hand stamping residents for the hayride
- Riding along with the kiddies on the hayride
- Helping at registration table
- "Floater" (help where and when needed)
Please respond by October 10 if you are able to help. You can volunteer for the entire time frame (2 p.m. – 4 p.m.) or for as long as you wish. Any and all help is appreciated!
Who can attend?
This event is free for residents current in their association dues. There is a minimal $5 entry fee, per family, for all others. (Please bring exact change or a check made payable to The Glen Civic Association.)
Residents should feel free to bring their grandkids! Pets are also welcome, if kept on a leash.
This event is for families of The Glen and Highpoint. Parents must accompany their children. Please let us know how many in your family (kids and adults) will be attending.
