Franklin County's new tornado siren quadrants

Franklin County has been divided into quadrants for the purpose of activating its tornado sirens, Mark Ferenchik reports for The Columbus Dispatch.

The quadrants, which are divided by Broad and High streets, allow emergency management officials in Franklin County to alert only affected residents to weather emergencies.
